In our range of dental abutments, you will find a wide variety of dental screws manufactured under the Pure Switch® concept. They have the same geometry as the original implant manufacturers and are 100% interchangeable. They have the same screwdriver tip, angle, diameter, length, metric, etc., so they are identical to the one supplied by the implant manufacturer. All our screws can be used under the free DESS® CAD/CAM libraries for the leading Exocad®, 3Shape® and Dental Wings® systems.
Dental screws for implants of the highest quality and at the best price
All DESS® dental screws are manufactured in Titanium Grade V ELI and are tested at 150% of their normal torque, guaranteeing their strength and safety. Available in standard, TIN, or DLC versions for different implant diameters, both in single packs and in packs of 10 units.
Standard screws for clinical use: DESS® Dental's clinical screws for dental implants provide a perfect fit with both standard accessories and customised CAD/CAM frameworks, bridges and abutments.
DLC-coated screws: Some DESS® screws are available with DLC (Diamond Like Carbon) coating. In this version, the screw receives a carbon layer which substantially decreases the coefficient of friction and improves the vertical preload at equal tightening torque.
Screws with TIN coating: Screws with TIN (Titanium Nitride) coating are characterized by their antibacterial gold coating that generates an extremely resistant surface. It reduces wear and bacterial adhesion, increases screw retention and improves the aesthetic finish of the restoration, offering a warmer shade.
Special designs: To meet the special needs of our customers, we have developed several special screws: long versions, conical, or flat seats to improve the passivity of structures, etc.
