The DESSLoc® system has been developed to provide predictable attachment solutions for implant-supported overdentures across a wide range of clinical situations.
Periocoat®, DESS®’s patented Zirconium Nitride (ZrN) surface coating technology, is incorporated into all DESSLoc® attachments to improve wear and corrosion resistance while helping reduce biofilm and bacterial plaque adhesion.
For rehabilitations involving divergent implants, Angled DESSLoc® incorporates an 18° angulated attachment that, in combination with DESSLoc® 40° inserts, compensates for up to 76° of implant divergence and facilitates a more favorable prosthetic path of insertion without modifying established restorative protocols.
