Return Policy
This policy applies exclusively to purchases made directly through www.dessdental.com and to customers who have not selected any distributor other than Dess during the purchase process. If you have purchased DESS products through an authorised distributor, you must contact that distributor directly, who will be responsible for managing or authorising any returns.
Customers who have purchased directly from DESS have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to exercise their right of withdrawal, in accordance with European (Directive 2011/83/EU) and Spanish (Law 3/2014) legislation. To do so, it is essential to fill in the return form available in your customer area, by accessing your order history.
General conditions:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, unopened, unused and in perfect condition.
- Returns of products whose packaging is damaged, opened or tampered with will not be accepted.
- The refund will be made within a maximum period of 30 days from receipt and validation of the product by our quality department.
- DESS reserves the right to deduct any outstanding debt owed by the customer from the amount to be refunded.
Cases for return:
1. Defective or damaged product: DESS will arrange collection, verify the defect and offer a replacement or refund.
2. Incorrect product: The customer must provide proof of the original order. DESS will determine whether the error was theirs or the customer's.
3. Other reasons: The customer will bear the shipping costs.
