Fiduciary Markers for Photogrammetry
DESS fiduciary markers are self-tapping markers made of titanium V ELI Grade 23 with SelectGrip® technology for both the maxilla and mandible, and for placement in the anterior and/or posterior region.
The fiduciary acts as a reference point, facilitating the perfect combination of implant and soft tissue scans, providing a comprehensive view of the patient's clinical situation.
This marker is especially useful in complete rehabilitations of edentulous patients, where precision in planning and execution is essential for the success of the treatment.
Clinical advantages
- Perfect scan synchronization
Thanks to its optimized design for scanning, the fiduciary marker allows images of the implant and soft tissue to be combined with high precision. This results in optimal configuration of both the implant and the gingival contour.
- Ideal for photogrammetry
In complex digital procedures such as photogrammetry, these markers act as visual guides for reliable and error-free alignment of the captured data.
- Easy placement
Insertion is simple using a Unigrip® screwdriver in a handpiece, making it easy to incorporate into the clinical routine without the need for special tools.
